Upload your pet photo during checkout, and our artists will transform it into your chosen style. You’ll receive a proof for approval before it’s printed.

What kind of photos should I upload?

Clear, high-resolution images with good lighting work best. See our Image Guidelines page for tips.

Can I request revisions?

Yes. We allow one round of light revisions (like background tweaks or color adjustments) to make sure you love your portrait or custom Muse Merch item.

Is Muse Merch customizable?

Yes! Many of our Muse Merch products (totes, mugs, journals, apparel, etc.) can be personalized with your pet’s portrait or name. Simply upload your photo during checkout and select your options.

Do you offer pre-designed (non-custom) items?

Yes — our Studio Shelf collection and select Muse Merch designs are ready-made and ship automatically.

Do you ship internationally?
