Returns & Refunds — Muse & Muzzle

Made to order: Most Muse & Muzzle items are printed on demand and/or custom. Because of this, we can only replace items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damages & Issues (7-day window)

Please inspect your order on delivery. If it’s defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, email hello@museandmuzzle.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

If approved, we’ll send a prepaid return label or a no-return replacement (case-by-case), plus next steps.

Non-returnable Items

  • Custom/personalized products (including portraits)

  • Digital downloads / gift cards

  • Sale items

  • Any item returned without prior approval

Color & Print Variation

All products are printed individually; minor variations in color/placement can occur between screens and print. These do not qualify as defects.

Standard Returns (non-custom items only)

For eligible non-custom items, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Start your request at hello@museandmuzzle.com. A return address will be provided upon approval.

Unapproved returns will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return (or damage claim) is approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank/issuer may need additional time to post the credit. If it’s been more than 15 business days after our approval email, contact us at hello@museandmuzzle.com.

Exchanges

Need a different item? Please place a new order after your refund/replacement is approved.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off

If we ship to the EU: customers have 14 days from delivery to cancel most non-custom orders. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Custom/personalized items are excluded. To start, email hello@museandmuzzle.com.
