Processing Time

• Custom Portraits: 2–3 weeks (includes design and production).

• Studio Shelf & Muse Merch: 3–7 business days before shipment.

Shipping

• Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after fulfillment.

• International: 7–21 business days. Delivery times may vary due to customs or local carrier delays.
  Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

• Custom Portraits: Non-refundable once production has started, as each piece is made to order.

• Muse Merch & Studio Shelf: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

  • To start a return, contact us at hello@museandmuzzle.com.

  • Approved returns will receive instructions and a return shipping address.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us at hello@museandmuzzle.com within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.
